Most autonomous regional governments allocate aid – funded by the European Agricultural and Rural Development Fund (EAFRD) and their own Budget – on an annual basis to farmers who meet certain specific conditions including, as a general rule, being under 40 years of age and in the process of constituting an agricultural holding..
The publication and study of aids is the key to obtaining them, since they are not published every year and the requirements may vary.
