When should it be communicated?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In most cases, the employee must give at least 15 calendar days\u2019 notice. This period may vary if specified in the collective agreement or the employment contract. During the probationary period, notice is usually not required. <\/p>\n

    You can write your own resignation letter without using templates. Just make sure to include: <\/p>\n

    Your personal details and the date, who the letter is addressed to (your manager or HR), and a clear statement of your decision to resign, including your position and your last working day. <\/p>\n
