The last day 4 December the new normative regulator of complaints and claims forms in Andalusia, which introduces new features that will ensure greater transparency and legal security for citizens in matters of consumption. The new standard establishes a simpler and easier form to fill out, and forces the claimed company to give a more complete response, useful and detailed to consumers, which will allow many of the conflicts to be resolved without the need to report to the Administration.
